Here I present the new album by California's Purple Mercy - Private Pleasures.
This follows up their debut self titled LP which is a dramatically different listening experience.
The first album was more filled with distortion guitars and pissed dirty vocals, and I liked that a lot.
But I like this just as much, I'd say their sound on this album is 70's psychedelic drone rock.
I'm pretty sure that Twelve Gauge Records (tgrex) will be putting this to vinyl, so look out for it if you are interested in a physical copy of this.

Cabin Fever are a three piece punk band from Melbourne, Australia with guy/girl duel vocals.
They list their influences as Poison Idea, Negative Approach, Black Flag, Germs, Articles of Faith and Zero Boys.
On this demo they deliver two tracks of their own, and a cover of a Poison Idea song.
I've also thrown in a recording of a live set I found just for good measure which features some pretty fucking cool covers.

Hello ladies and germs, here is the new LP from Vancouver's B-lines.
Nine tracks of manic/catchy punk that lasts a mere 11 minutes.
The two stand out tracks on this for me are "Psychedelic High School" and "Houseplants" but only by fractions.
This is the sort of album that you can play 3-5 times in a row, because it goes by so god-damn quickly.
That said, this is a thoroughly enjoyable listen that's for sure.

Here are two tracks from the forthcoming "Hell Splits Wide Open" album from Melbourne's Iron Mind, to be released on Dead Souls records July 1st. This is the follow up to their first EP "The Sun Has Set" which you can download

These two tracks are absolute crackers and are still very much in the vein of their previous efforts which is very New York Hardcore influenced.

I bought this tape sometime last year along with a handful of other tapes, but I cant remember where from.
So from the minimal research I just did I am lead to believe this tape sold out.
I have included scans of the cover and of the lyrics sheet.
No track names just a track order.
Female singer, fuzzy recording. Somewhere else called them indie-punk.
Is good.
