Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance III

1. The Haunting of Apartment 6
2. Send The Pigs
3. Banana Milk

Here is the latest installment in the Human Performance series by Sabertooth Zombie. On this they deliver three new rippers to celebrate it being the third in the series. I only just played this for the first time and if you liked the first two Human Performance's you wont be disappointed with this. Still holding out for an Australian tour, if you live near any future shows go see them you lucky bastards.
Thanks to Twelve Gauge for pressing this gem and Sam Pura for recording it.
Enjoy!

Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance II

So in great anticipation of the third Human Performance (on Twelve Gauge Records) I have been jamming number I and II, and then realized that I hadn't even posted this on here yet.
This record takes off where the first 7" left you, and it will make you bang your head and grin like a creep.
On this S.T.Z. deliver another two tracks of psychedelic rock thrash jams with punk and hardcore all in the same mixing bowl. As with the first, the second H.P. also has longer track durations - clocking in just under 15minutes.
I was lucky enough to catch them jamming and recording their new material at Panda studios via stream, and I can vouch that the new stuff is out of this world good.
For the mean time I suggest that you play this on repeat and with a high volume.

Sabertooth Zombie & Tiger Uppercut! - Split EP

Sabertooth Zombie:
1. Blood & Cum

Tiger Uppercut!:
2. Trying 'Til Dying
3. Rock Star Dick Waffle
4. United Sluts of Apathy
5. Turtles
6. We, We (Unlike Pee Pee)
7. Can't Pull Off The Piledriver Since The Demo
8. What's Hardcore Mean To You?
9. Help!
10. Bonus Track

If you haven't noticed already, I think Sabertooth Zombie are one of the finest bands of the current time. On this split they deliver 1 song that clocks in just under 7 minutes.
While Tiger Uppercut! hammer out 9 themselves.
Tiger Uppercut! were a punk band from California as well.
They put out a demo, a seven inch and the split with S.T.Z.
Most of the songs on this split by them are under the 1 minute mark. Fun and Fast! I will have to post their demo sooner or later. It's a fun listen and has some cool samples in it.

Sabertooth Zombie - Dance

1. Dance
2. Crooked Divinity
3. Mr. Suit (Wire Cover)
4. The Bride (Lady Death III)
5. Of Fear And Peace
6. The Traveling Carnival
7. Rock And Roll Friends

"Dance" side from the Sabertooth Zombie "Dance/The Prisoner" 10".
On "Dance" S.T.Z. deliver 6 tracks of their own and they cover "Mr. Suit" by Wire and it sounds great. Also Sammy Winston (Vocals of Grace Alley, Ramparts, All Bets Off) features on the song "Rock And Roll Friends".
Enjoy.

Sabertooth Zombie - The Prisoner

1. The Prisoner
2. Hyber Nation
3. Panacea
4. Glad Handed
5. House Of The Rising Sun (Animals Cover)

"The Prisoner" side from the Sabertooth Zombie "Dance/The Prisoner" 10".
The tracks from that 10" were also put out as a CD with a different track listing called "Mere Bears: The Riot Cops Bathed On Zion", which is an anagram.
So this is in the correct track listing (going by the 10").
On "The Prisoner" S.T.Z. deliver 4 tracks of their own and a pretty nice cover of "House Of The Rising Sun".

Sabertooth Zombie - Dent Face.

1. Campaign
2. Deep
3. Dent Face
4. Untitled
5. Meal Ticket
6. This Young Earth
7. That Fleeting Feeling

Sabertooth Zombie's Dent Face 7" is my favourite release of theirs to date (It just edges it).
Why? Because I love the sound of the saxophone mixed with their style of punk.
Meal Ticket is amazing, I could listen to it forever.
This is why I wish I lived in California.

Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance

1. White Love
2. Young Tongues

Here's the latest from North Bay's Sabertooth Zombie.
Two new songs that collectively run for thirteen and a half minutes.
Easily my favourite band from the present time.
If you aren't nodding your head when listening to this you should see a doctor.
